Do you really come to my house in Troy?
Yes! Our service van is a fully equipped mobile garage. As long as the vehicle is parked in a safe, relatively flat location — like a driveway or parking lot anywhere in Troy or Miami County — we can perform the repairs right there.
What if it rains or snows?
In unsafe weather, or for major repairs, we offer pickup and delivery from our offsite repair facility — we'll collect your vehicle, complete the work at our shop, and return it to you.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) via our secure mobile card reader, as well as Cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is due upon completion.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Absolutely. We stand behind our repairs with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on all parts we supply and the labor we perform.
Can I buy my own parts and just pay for labor?
In short: Generally, no. While we understand wanting to save money by sourcing your own parts, we typically do not install customer-supplied parts. We only use parts from trusted manufacturers that meet or exceed original equipment standards. We cannot verify the quality, safety, or authenticity of parts purchased online or from third-party vendors.

How quickly can you come out?
We offer same-day service for calls received before noon, subject to availability. Most appointments across Troy and Miami County are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
